Maturation Heating

One of our longest‐standing clients achieved a record sales year on one of their products. This created a critical need to maintain high production output throughout the year to reliably serve their established customer base. Part of the production process requires a maturation step at a consistent ambient room temperature, and this becomes challenging once winter draws nearer.  

Our client approached us for a robust solution. We designed and implemented a dedicated heating system consisting of a hot-water tank, circulation pump, fan and radiator — simple components, but assembled into a powerful and customised solution. Since system continuity remains essential, we built in redundant units so that if any single piece fails the process remains protected.
