1000 l/h GoLo Wine Alcohol Reduction Plant to Nuriootpa, Australia

We had the privilege to supply a 1000 l/h GoLo Wine Alcohol Reduction Plant to Nuriootpa, the heart of the Borossa Valley in Australia.

The plant was designed to feed wine in at 15% ABV and bring down the De-alc base product to 0.05% ABV. The operation is a once-through, continuous operation, achieving aroma recovery, wine de-alcoholisation, and spirit rectification simultaneously in a single pass.
