Takamaka Rum, Seychelles – Continuous rum distillery

One of Logichem’s latest projects involves the design and supply of a continuous rum distillery as part of an upgrade to Takamaka Rum’s existing production site. It includes molasses storage, fermentation and continuous (column-still) distillation. The distillation columns are fitted with cartridge trays made from both stainless steel and copper.
